In 2016, Terrance McMahon had 90 days to live.

Liver failure. Slim odds of a match. A hospital room, a countdown, and doctors who didn't dress up the math.

The liver came on day ninety — from a young prisoner in Alabama. A stranger who would never know that what he left behind would power a movement reshaping how thousands of financial advisors work and live.

As CEO of MassMutual Northern New England he grew one agency from 18 career agents and 75 brokers to 140 agents and 600 brokers, personally recruiting and training more than 1,000 advisors. And across a thousand careers, one pattern never broke:
